Refund Policy

We follow a reliable refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us.


We issue refunds if:

  1. Refund is requested within 7 days since the date of your purchase (UTC+2 timezone).
  2. Refund amount is equal to the extension fee minus the discount (if any).
  3. We will allow refund only, if there was an error in the engraving, that was extension's mistake.

We do not issue refunds if:

  1. We found an abuse usage case.
  2. You choose not to use the extension.
  3. You find that the extension doesn't suit your needs (most of them have a live demo).
  4. You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your Joomla website.
  5. Extension and/or support is not available in your native language.


If you feel you require a refund contact us at med[at]miwisoft[dot]com . We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.


If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your PayPal or Credit/Debit card account. We issue all of the refunds from the 20th to 30th dates of each month.
